There is a large FREE car park adjacent to the Theatre.
We advise that you arrive at the Theatre 20 minutes before the performance starts, allowing enough time for you to collect your tickets – if necessary – and navigate your way to your seats. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate latecomers, some performances will not permit entry until after the interval.
The Theatre Foyer & Bar will be open 45 minutes prior to the start of a performance.
If you have tickets to collect, you will need to go to the Box Office (remember to bring any identification that may be required of you if you have purchased concessionary tickets). The Box Office is immediately opposite you as you enter the main Theatre doors.
Your seat number is printed clearly on the ticket.
If you are experiencing problems booking online please call our Box Office team on 01908 324466.
The bar only serves drinks and confectionary. There is currently no cafeteria service.
Yes indeed – The Gallery Bar is upstairs adjacent to the Theatre foyer and offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tea & coffee. All alcoholic, soft and hot drinks can be consumed in the auditorium – please inform your server who will provide you with a plastic glass or paper cup for this purpose.
The bar will be open from 45 minutes before curtain up, until the end of the last interval.
Yes – order forms can be found at the bar before the performance. The member of staff behind the bar will note down your order and give you a receipt. Interval drinks are pre-paid and will be prepared for you in time for the interval.
Please ask a member of the on duty staff at the time.
No.
There is a disabled lift in the Reception area of the Leisure Centre which takes you to the same level at the Theatre foyer. Leisure Centre opening times vary from the Theatre, so please check before booking if you require lift access.

Children under the age of 8 should be accompanied by a responsible adult. (This does not apply to workshops, unless otherwise stated.)
