Customers can print their own tickets or present their email confirmation on their mobile or tablet device.

We do make a charge of £1.50 to post tickets out to you and there must be five working days between your request and the date of the show.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased. 

We are currently not accepting Theatre Tokens.

Ticket reservations must be paid for within 5 days of booking or they will be released for resale and we are unable to reserve tickets without payment within the 3 days prior to the performances.

All ticket prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and booking fees unless otherwise stated.

Extended reservation periods are available for groups and school bookings.

Babes in Arms*
Children under 5 will not be admitted for any performance other than family shows. For family shows children under 18 months will be admitted free of charge if they do not require a seat. A babes in arms ticket will be issued for this purpose, please advise the Box Office when booking.

Concessions available*
Persons aged 60+, Under 16's, Children, Students, and Disabled patrons. Please note that Disabled patrons can also claim 1 free carer ticket.
Hirers of Stantonbury Theatre select their own ticket prices. If a Concession price is not listed, then the hirer has decided not to have one available.
Carer tickets cannot be purchased or selected online. Please contact us and we can add this on either before you order or retrospectively.

Group bookings*
Groups of 10+ can claim 1 additional free ticket for your group organiser. As a group organiser you can also enjoy extended payment periods.

Family ticket*
Whenever you see FAMILY this is a special price applied to certain shows. Families are classified as a maximum of 2 adults with 2 children. This offer can only be used once per booking.

Discounts/Promotions*
Stantonbury Theatre reserves the right to offer discounts and promotions for certain performances. Any discounts/promotions can only be applied to new purchases and cannot be retrospectively added to existing bookings.

* These offers apply to Stantonbury Theatre shows and some other productions. Not all offers are available and ticket prices and offers differ for different shows. Stantonbury Theatre does not take responsibility for the content, quality or pricing for community hire productions.
