Well it’s been quite a year and some significant changes have taken place. The theatre is now part of an umbrella organisation, Stantonbury Arts & Leisure (SAL) which incorporates the Leisure Centre and GYM MK working in partnership with Stantonbury Campus.

So we are still here and a new logo doesn’t change our aim which is to provide a cracking little venue with a big heart and a programme of children's theatre, drama, entertainment and workshops, plus a wide variety of local groups performing dance, drama, music and musical theatre.

There’s a show this season for everyone; you can chase away the winter blues with the riotous Reduced Shakespeare Company and their version of The Bible, rock ‘n’ roll with Grease the musical, embrace classic award winning drama or just watch your children perform on the stage in a variety of awesome showcases from local dance and drama schools.

Our new dedicated website www.stantonburytheatre.co.uk  is now launched which should make the experience of finding us, checking out what’s on, and booking tickets a whole lot easier; and just to give ourselves an even bigger pat on the back – you can now book tickets in person or on the phone Monday – Friday from 10am-8pm and at weekends from 10am-5pm.....is that a loud ‘Hurrah’ I can hear in the background? Oh yes – something else! Next year 2014 will be a ruby year for us; we are 40 years old and plan to celebrate in style with you all. We’d like to know your stories and see your pictures of Stantonbury over the years and put them in the timeline we are going to create in the gallery.
